- In case you're wondering about the name-- we called this blog nineseveneight because it's the country code for Bookland. Bookland is the awesomest imaginary place ever.
- We'll have some sort of fabulous page header up soon. Ish.
- May of you may know us because we wrote for 3 Evil Cousins. We had a wonderful time at 3 Evil Cousins, but we wanted to have the experience of administering our own blog.
- We're still the same people that we were over at 3 Evil Cousins, but we'll be going by different names-- that is, we'll be going by our real names. Therefore, now and forever we are Eli (formerly known as Aislinn) and Rae (formerly known as Avery). We'll have something in the sidebar in case you forget who is who.
- In addition to that, we have a different rating system than the one we used at 3 Evil Cousins. Instead of daggers, we'll be rating books on where in your pile it should go, "at the top" being the best, "not in your pile" being the worst.

Personally (though this might be disturbing) I get to the point where I respond completely to internet pseudonyms, of which I've had a few, though mostly just good old Sera Zane.
It amuses my friends though, who read the story in which Serafina Zane was originally a character.

I love your new rating system! And the site as a whole, but the rating system is just awesome.
I agree with teenbookreview. I love this new rating style. I'm kind of sad that 3evilcousins has split but I'll check these reviews now. :]
